Ketty
Founder of Delicious Dublin Tours
After completing the Ballymaloe Cookery School course, Ketty went on to found Delicious Dublin Tours in 2015. With more than 20 years of tourism experience, she brings a wealth of expertise.
From 2012 to 2021, Ketty ran the award-winning blog French Foodie in Dublin, which ultimately earned her a spot in the Irish Food Writers’ Guild. She also completed an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies in 2019.
Between 2016 and 2019, Fáilte Ireland named her an Irish Food Champion. Her blog and tours have been featured in numerous Irish and international publications.

As the company’s founder, Ketty takes pride in offering the ultimate Dublin food experience. As both French and a long-term Dublin resident, she brings a perspective that blends insider knowledge with a visitor’s fresh outlook.
Lisa
Food Tour Guide
Lisa, originally from Wales, brings a wealth of experience after nearly 20 years in the US. Her passion for food inspired her to complete an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies in Dublin.
After training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, she gained extensive experience teaching and creating content for cookery schools in both the US and Ireland.
She currently runs cookery classes and programmes at Airfield Estate in South County Dublin.
Her diverse food experience includes leading a Salvation Army programme, volunteering with Green Schools Ireland, and directing the Montclair Food & Wine Festival.

Sinéad
Food Tour Guide
Sinéad holds a Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 3 wine certificate and WSET Spirits Level 2.
She is also a member of the Champagne Academy and has both a Spanish Wine Specialist Diploma and a Cheese Academy Level 1 certification.
In addition to her qualifications, she works as a freelance wine consultant and serves as the chairperson of Wine Spirit Women.
Sinéad also holds a BA in Culinary Arts from TU Dublin and an MSc in Insight and Innovation from DCU.
What to expect on Sinéad’s tours:
Sinéad is a proud Dubliner with the gift of the gab. Not only is she a wine expert, but she has also dined at some of the best places around Ireland.
Kevin
Food Tour Guide
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Kevin has made Ireland his home for the past 14 years.
With a background in horticulture and culinary arts, he has worked as a butcher and cheesemonger in some of Dublin’s finest food shops.
An avid cook, dedicated cookbook collector, and BBQ enthusiast — even on rainy Irish days — Kevin is a true gourmet, whether dining out in Dublin or travelling abroad.

His great sense of humour and contagious good mood make every tour memorable. He loves sharing his enthusiasm and insider tips with guests.
Maeve
Food Tour Guide
Maeve trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2021 and has been immersed in Dublin’s food scene ever since.
She previously worked at The Fumbally Café and developed a passion for sourdough baking during the pandemic, later going on to work with artisan bakeries in Dublin, Berlin, and Copenhagen.
Alongside her love of baking, Maeve has also worked as a barista with renowned speciality coffee company 3FE and definitely knows how to make a great flat white.
When she isn’t running tours with us, you’ll usually find her baking, developing recipes, or advising local food businesses on regenerative flour and farming practices.
In her own time, Maeve is an avid food traveller, always seeking out the best food and drink spots wherever she visits.
