We are a team of food obsessed people with decades of varied experience across the hospitality and food industry, as well as a real love for the Irish food scene. We are passionate about sharing our insiders’ tips and telling our guests where to find the best food in Dublin.
Ketty Quigley – Founder of Delicious Dublin Tours
Ketty founded Delicious Dublin Tours in 2015, shortly after completing a 12-week course at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork. She studied Tourism Management in France and has over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry. From 2012 to 2021, she ran the multi-award-winning blog French Foodie in Dublin, which led to her becoming a member of the Irish Food Writers’ Guild. In 2019, she completed an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies.
Ketty was also named one of 21 Irish Food Champions by Fáilte Ireland from 2016 to 2019. Her blog and tours have been featured in various Irish and international publications.
What to Expect on Ketty’s Tours: As the company’s founder, Ketty ensures you enjoy the best Dublin food experience. Being both French and a long-term Dublin resident, she offers a unique perspective that blends insider knowledge with a visitor’s fresh outlook.
Lisa – Food Tour Guide
Lisa, originally from Wales, joins us after almost 20 years in the US. She is obsessed with food – having recently completed an MA in Food Studies and Gastronomy in Dublin.
She trained at the French Culinary Institute in New York City and has had considerable experience of teaching and creating content for cookery schools both in the US and Ireland. She runs cookery classes and programmes at Airfield Estate in South County Dublin.
Her extra-curricular food experience include everything from leading a food programme for the local Salvation Army and volunteering for Green Schools Ireland to running the Montclair Food & Wine Festival where she served as Executive Director.

Lisa is such an attentive host with a great knowledge in gastronomy and the best cooking tips. She is super helpful when it comes to giving recommendations for interesting things to do in Dublin.
Sinéad – Food Tour Guide
Sinéad holds a Wine Spirit Education Trust Level 3 wine certificate and WSET spirits level 2. She is a member of the Champagne Academy, has a Spanish Wine Specialist Diploma and Cheese Academy Level 1 certification.
She works as a freelance wine consultant and is chairperson of Wine Spirit Women.
Sinéad holds a BA in Culinary Arts from TU Dublin and an MSc in Insight and Innovation from DCU, where she was a part of Bord Bia’s talent programme.
In 2022 Sinéad was awarded a scholarship to attend the MAD Academy in Copenhagen, where she completed their Environment and Sustainability programme. The MAD Academy is a school founded by Noma founder René Redzepi to train hospitality professionals.
What to expect on Sinéad’s tours:
Sinéad is a proud Dubliner with the gift of the gab. As well as being a wine expert she has eaten in the best places around Ireland and enjoys sharing her valuable restaurant tips with guests.
Ross – Food Tour Guide
Ross has over 20 years’ experience in hospitality and related fields. After spending some years living abroad learning about many different aspects of hospitality, Ross returned home to Ireland with a passion for small producers and a hunger to learn as much as he can.
Ross has worked in many different areas in his career and has gained a wealth of experience and qualifications in speciality coffee, brewing and distilling, craft cocktails, hospitality management, hospitality training and brand management.
Ross’ current role is in the 5 Star Westbury Hotel and he is also currently studying for an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies in TU Dublin.
What to expect on Ross’ tours:
Ross is an hospitality expert who knows how to look after his guests. Funny and knowledgeable, he also knows where to find the best Guinness in Dublin.
