Our story

Delicious Dublin Tours is the brainchild of French native Ketty Quigley who hails from the Loire Valley and fell in love with Dublin in 2004.

Ketty worked in the travel industry for many years and on her return from a round the world trip in 2011 she found herself coming back to a Dublin with a blossoming new food scene.

In the middle of the recession and bored with her office job she started a food blog called ‘French Foodie in Dublin’ to share her passion for food and Dublin. In the following years, her website changed her life as she built a loyal following of thousands of readers who trust her food recommendations. In 2013, Ketty swapped her office job for a life on the scary path of entrepreneurship and freelancing, doing what she loves on a daily basis. She has never looked back since.

In 2015 Ketty graduated from Ballymaloe Cookery School and founded Delicious Dublin Tours. She’s passionate about Irish food and has designed authentic food experiences to reflect Dublin’s exciting food revolution, as well as Ireland’s traditional culinary heritage.

Her mission is to make Irish people proud of their food culture and for tourists to go back home with unforgettable Irish food memories.

Ketty has received many awards and was named ‘Food Influencer of the Year’ in 2017. She regularly works with the Irish food board ‘Bord Bia’ during their various Irish food campaigns. She is one of the 21 Irish Food champions named by Fáilte Ireland (Ireland’s National Tourism Development Authority) in 2016 and is a judge at the Irish Restaurant Awards. Her blog and tours have been featured in many Irish and international press publications.

Most importantly Ketty wants you to have the most delicious time in Dublin!
