Galway and the west of Ireland are truly incredible, from my walking tours throughout the city, I have met some of the finest food producers in Ireland and love sharing this food and these people who come to Galway. I wanted to showcase the west more and through Merveilles D’Irlande, I have been able to do that,” explained Sheena.
