How do I book a tour?

Full payment is required in advance and can be purchased through our website, We use the third party website Eventbrite to process the tickets. Once you have paid you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Unfortunately we do not accept payment in cash on the day.

Is the tour guaranteed to run?

We require a minimum number of bookings to run our tours. In case of insufficient numbers your booking will be cancelled 72 hours before and will be refunded to the original form of payment

Is it possible to cancel my booking once it is purchased?

Cancellations made by email more than 10 days before the tour will be refunded in full. No refunds can be made after the 10 day period, although you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you would like.

No shows will not be refunded or allowed to book an alternative date.

Where is the meeting point?

You will receive an email confirmation from us with the meeting point. It will be in Dublin city centre.

What happens if I arrive late?

The tours will start at the specified time and we cannot wait for late arrivals. You will be given your guide’s phone number and are more than welcome to catch up, however no refund will be given for missed tastings.

Do you cater vegetarians/ people with food allergies/specific diets?

We will do our best to accommodate your needs, please let us know in advance by email.

How many people are on the tours?

We run tours for a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 14.

What should I wear?

Comfortable shoes, bring rain gear or/and sunglasses. It’s Ireland so you never know what the weather is going to be like!

Do you run tours if the weather is bad?

We operate the tours, rain or shine.

Can I book a private tour for a group?

You certainly can, email us with the date and number of people and we will provide you with a quote.
